Best costumer service
I had a problem with the transmitter and when I called costumer support they immediately offered to send me a replacement battery. I got the battery in about a week and now my transmitter works fine.
This company has earned my respect and a loyal customer.

Good Kit
Have an old SD400 that I used on pit bulls when young. Can be very active and stubborn. Great training tool. When they got older I no longer needed these so were put away. Now have 2 younger pits one of which is in need of training. Batteries were long since bad. Ordered this kit to reactivate. Because they have increased the size of battery it doesn't fit old transmitter. Not to worry kit includes new slightly larger back along with Gasket and screwdriver if you need it. Back in business and behavior getting better already. Use the tone as much as possible, don't really like shock unless really needed. Noticed on site there was 2 kits one without the back. I called operator to see what I needed. She was very helpful and friendly and advised me I would need kit with back for larger battery. If you have this old transmitter and need the battery but haven't changed back I highly recommend this kit. One word of caution you might want to be patient pulling plug out of socket so as not to do damage. I used 2 watch still screw drivers to open socket gently to pull plug out.

Perfect replacement
We have an 8 yo sport trainer series 800 and just this year the battery in the receiver just wasn't holding a charge. Mind you we use this collar and transmitter every day. I ordered the battery and in 2 days Fedex had it on my door step. As you can see from the picture I didn't even have to go to the garage for a #1 screw driver as sport dog includes one with the purchase. 3 min later the receiver was on the charger with the new battery installed and a fresh cover gasket to boot. It took a good 12 hours or so to fully charge up and is now working like new again and holding a charge for several days.
