Good product/Great customer service
We have used this collar for about 7 months. It worked well up until now and we have been very happy with it. Then our transmitter remote stopped working. However, after a quick call to customer services, they are sending us a replacement. Great company to deal with.

Won't shock
We bought this collar for my lab that misbehaves. After 7 months of using it, it will no longer beep or shock. It was working well before that though. We didn't even have to shock him to get results. We would just use the beeping sound and he would stop what he is doing. But the other day my dog and I were walking on a trail and he started wondering. I tried beeping and shocking him but it was not working. When he came back I checked the collar and it was not doing a thing. The green light is blinking indicating it is on but even on the highest setting there is no shock.

great but just won't hold a charge
I purchased this to use for correcting our juvenile delinquent dog. (Bulldog/walker Dog mix) I charged it exactly as instructed the full 24 hours. The product was great at first, it works the full 300 yards and would tone/static anytime I pressed the button. However after about 2 months it won't hold a charge. I tried recharging 24 hours and it will beep then flash red then go dead. I exchanged at Gander Mountain. Same thing again on 2nd. I am now on my 3rd try with this product. Same thing happened again. ***I contacted Customer Service and spoke to them about the problem. After providing my proof of purchase they placed an order immediately to replace it. I am currently waiting on it to be delivered. Thank you for listening and coming to a resolution. I will update my review on how the replacement does.

I am sorry to read that you have had trouble with the SD-350, please ensure that the battery is only being charged as needed when the red indicator light shows low battery.
